I really, really like Robertson and think he could do just fine covering #1 WR's. It's a different game now. I don't think it's the 6'6 WR's he should be worried about. Its the 6'1 - 6'2 WR1 with the perfect body control to go along with the height mismatch against these smaller DBs like Hopkins, Kennan Allen, Amari Cooper, JuJu and the list goes on. Short answer yes. Long answer, if we went some combo of DL/WR/S with our first two picks I’d love to trade up into the late 2nd early 3rd for him because that’s where I think his value is. Depending on how the 1st round plays out, a small trade down in the 1st would help get us the picks to make it happen.
SweetFancyMoses
If a big WR falls to us, Higgins, Mims, Claypool, or Pittman, and we can't pass up the value, do you think Gallup could play the slot WR?

It just about creating mismatches against DBs /LBs on the opposing team. As far I’m aware we don’t have a valid WR3 threat at this point that we can count on for every game. That alone itself will limit us creating mismatches. I don’t think it will surprise anyone in this forum if we take a WR in the first 2 rounds.
