Elway has not made good decisions pretty much since Manning retired, and he continues to miss on the most important position of all and the one you'd think he be good at..

He's determined to hit on "tall project QB with big arm and little accuracy" except he ran out of them in the draft so he went for an older model.

Elway can't draft QB's.  Legitimately, he's Bill Polian (who did draft a couple good ones back before the game passed him by, but now it's woefully obvious he clings to his old standards and hasn't got a clue how to assess what is a changed landscape).

The really need to make the whole play reviewable if they're going to make penalties eligible for challenges.  For instance, if Gruden had challenged there, the missed facemask call against the Raiders should have been charged.
