THAT was a key difference with Tyreek Hill's DV investigation, and why it went nowhere. Holy h***, this is going to have to be taken at face value and ultra-seriously by the NFL. The biggest common thread to NFL levying punishment - victim testimony. Well, that and a Magic 8 ball.
