He's now been accused of rape and these vulgar emails have gone public. The Pats don't need him and will likely cut him. I'm not saying AB is done for good (assuming he's innocent). For sure. Most contracts have ways of voiding GTD money if you get suspended. The signing bonus is pretty had to get back though, which is $9m.
