I expect two TDs thrown to Hollywood Brown and Andrews is always good for a TD/game. Same with Ingram. So ready for this game.
drd23
The Athletic have made some of their long-form articles from this year available for free, and this one on Lamar and the process the Ravens went through in scouting, drafting and coaching him up is worth the read https://theathletic.com/1088122/2019/07/24/how-lamar-jackson-became-the-ravens-starting-quarterback/

Had no idea that they actually brought him in and he was here for a day and a half. Pretty crazy.

Would probably need less than 100 yds to get to that 200 yd average smh. I know RG3 probably has a bunch of kneel downs to his credit too, perhaps another -20 to 25 yards. Also imagine if Lamar doesn't have like a full game's worth of stats missing because he gets pulled in blowouts.
DreamKid
The Vick > Jackson crowd is hilarious, and my favorite hammered line thus far is "Vick wAss MiorE natuRallly talintiD". And what they mean by that is...Vick had a bigger arm and slightly better top end speed(During a brief window). Then they combine that nonsensical chip in Vick's favor with "If He hAD bin iN RoManz Syistim- it woodN't evein be Cllose". Vick is one of those players where the idea or memory of him- far surpasses what he actually was. He's a super hero for so many, and the myth fog hanging over him allows supremely lacking arguments to be used with limited push back. Applied to any other players they would seem ridiculous. Much like the "He can't throw a spiral" craze of last offseason. This Vick stuff is going to melt away as Jackson continues to improve and carve out his own unique piece of NFL history, if it hasn't already for most sane observers.

diamondbull424
Was hoping to come in here to Lamar winning another player of the week award for the AFC and breaking the record. But I’ll take that as well.

But with that falling on Christmas, it’ll likely be announced tomorrow. It’ll be close. They’ll probably give it to Fitzpatrick. But getting a double triple and how rare it is MIGHT get it done. We should find out tomorrow morning (about 8am) whether he won it or not.

Well at this point maybe they’ll wait until after week 17 to announce both week 16 and week 17 players of the week. 😂
