AFC East (Pretty easy. One great team, one middle of the pack and two crap ones)
Bills
Dolphins
Jets

Patriots

AFC North (In another division, I'd consider moving down both the Browns and Ravens a notch but someone needs to make the playoffs so here we are)
Bengals
Browns
Ravens

Steelers

AFC South (Four competent teams with issues that needs to be ironed out to take another step, will be an interesting division to follow)
Colts
Jaguars
Texans
Titans

AFC West (Look at all them colors!)
Broncos
Chargers
Chiefs
Raiders

NFC East (Two possible contenders, two crap teams)
Cowboys
Eagles

Giants
Redskins

NFC North (Probably the division with the highest overall quality)
Bears
Lions

Packers
Vikings

NFC South (Lots of colors again!)
Buccaneers
Falcons
Panthers
Saints

NFC West (Ranking is tight between the top three teams with the Cardinals a fair bit behind)
Cardinals
49ers

  1. Patriots 5-0 (--)
  2. Chiefs 4-1 (--
  3. Saints 4-1 (↑ 1
  4. 49ers 4-0 (↑ 6)   First real test of the season, and they delivered big time, just dominating the trenches. Still, I want to see a bit more before moving them to SB favorites.
  5. Packers 4-1 (↑ 1)
  6. Seahawks 4-1 (↑ 7)  Got their 1st win over a competitive team, offense looks to better than it has in awhile.
  7. Eagles 3-2 (--)
  8. Rams 3-2 (↓ 5A consecutive loss will get you this kind of drop, but they were in position to win that game and on paper are as dangerous as any. Next week will be very telling.
  9. Cowboys 3-2 (↓ 4)
  10. Colts 3-2 (↑ 7)  Very hot and cold team so far, a week after a bad loss vs Raiders they shock the Chiefs by dominating the trenches.
  11. Lions 2-1-1 (↓ 3)
  12. Vikings 3-2 (↑ 2)
  13. Texans 3-2 (↑ 2
  14. Panthers 3-2 (↑ 4)
  15. Ravens 3-2 (↓ 3)  I think the lone team to drop on a win. I know, divisional games never come easy, but Steelers were onto their 3rd QB, and this team has some major concerns.
  16. Bears 3-2 (↓ 7
  17. Bills 4-1 (↑ 4) I know I know, pretty disrespectful to have a 4-1 team at 17, but what can I say, I just do not buy this team. Very good D, but offense will stop them from beating good team. Unfortunately bye next week, then the Dolphins, so they will have to wait until Eagles game at end of month to prove me wrong.

Do not see a non-QB Realistically winning MVP in this era. I suppose if McCaffery were to gain 2500 total yards from scrimmage he might deserve it, but I’m still not sure he wins it. For example in 2009 Chris Jonhson gained over 2500 yards from scrimmage and  Manning (undeservingly, I might add) won the MVP, which probably should have gone to Drew Brees (again not putting even Johnson in top two).

I mean, he’s on pace for almost 2800 YFS and 22 touchdowns.

A RB could definitely win it in this era, it would just obviously take a dominant season + QBs falling off a tad.  We aren’t THAT far off of Peterson winning MVP and CMC is on pace to top that season by almost 500 yards and 9 TDs.

Top tier is Patriots, 49ers and Chiefs. Below that is a bunch of teams that include the Seahawks, Packers, Saints, Ravens, Colts, and Eagles. And then another tier with the Bills, Texans, Raiders, Cowboys, Vikings, Bears, Lions and Rams. And then the rest.

Seahawks, Packers and Saints maybe deserve their own tier between the 1st and 2nd tiers.

Sounds like you thought the Bills were bad before the season and won't get off that hill lol.

4-1 and our one loss we arguably could've beat the Patriots who you have #1. 16-10 game but whatever you say man. If we finish 10-6 or better will we still be your 17th ranked team in the NFL?

Also Josh Allen has 3 game winning drives this year so he might have his knuckle head moments but in the 4th quarter when we need him he's very clutch.

Tom Brady has no business in the top 3 of the MVP race right now. He's played nothing but the easiest teams, and has had a defense that's made things a cake walk for him (not that he needs it, but that's not the point). He's also 12th in passer rating.
