TheKillerNacho
https://www.rotoworld.com/football/nfl/player/888/marshall-newhouse If this is their plan to replace Cannon, they're in for some trouble.
ChazStandard
One of those players I'm only familiar with through hearing fans of other teams complain about him. How bad is he, objectively speaking? Any potential at all?

bzane
Wow- Pats are definitely "all-in" for the Superbowl this year! Antonio Brown, and Marshall Newhouse!!!!, in the same week! I'm old enough to have witnessed the Glory Days of the Giants with the Twin Towers, Ereck Flowers and Marshall Newhouse. Wasn't that a time!
LETSGOBROWNIES
I mean, there’s not exactly a surplus of quality tackles looking for a job.
Jlowe22
I thought he was hurt anyway.
ThatJerkDave
He was a starter on a 15-1 team. He seems like a cool dude. I think I would like to hang out with him. He will be good enough to play, but you will always want him replaced. He is kind of like a AAAA player in baseball.
SkippyX
How long are they expecting Cannon to be out?
SkippyX
His PFF grade bounces between 50 and mid 60s from year to year with most in the mid 50s. He is good for about 5 penalties in a 16 game season. Flowers graded 69, 66, and 65 the last 3 years so I decided PFF is not worth the pixels on my screen as far as O-line goes. (he seemed like a low 50s guy to me) Flowers is good for about 8 1/2 penalties per 16 games.

AlexGreen#20
Imagine if you took a Pro Bowl Tackle, and then cut his hands off. That's Marshall Newhouse.
