It’s almost pointless trying to build a great defense when you think about it long term. You will have a 5 year window before guys get old and retire. Yes, the packers did Rodgers no favors, but they’ve still competed almost every year with him. Chicago is not a threat. Pittsburgh is not a threat without Ben. When he cried publicly about not being able to come back quickly from concussions a few years ago, the derps came out to assault his character... .. the things he had to experience when he couldn't pass concussion protocol for an extended time likely stuck with him... .. glad he got out before the game took more from him and his quality of life going forward... ... insane blow the Panthers roster and was going to be a great culture guy to help Rhule get buy-in ... ... on a lighter note hopefully, the panthers ahead of us fall in love and see Isaiah Simmons as their do everything LB replacement and select him. However, its also a offense that requires a LOT of discipline from your OL/TEs.
