Like the idea of going for two but the playcall was meh.

Gardner continues to give me hope. Had 60 yards taken away by penalties too. Despite the fumbles, I thought he played well all things considering.

Agreed with all this.

I think the 2 point try should have been in Minshew's hands.

Gotta say, there's something different with Minshew.

Idk what he's going to become, but so far, so good. Needs to figure out how to hold the ball when he gets hit but besides that I was pretty happy with his play. OL did him no favors with protections and a lot of penalties.

The team needs to let Minshew do his thing sooner and be less predictable on first down. Until later in the game, it was pretty much always a run on first down and it was easy to tell where it would be going. Fournette didn't have a lot to work with on those plays.

More play action imo.

Gardner looks comfortable when he goes deep. Take more shots.

He does. He actually has some legit weapons I think too.

Chark and Conley look like legit solid guys. Dede as well, but Dede and Minshew don't seem to have the chemistry down yet.

We need Oliver to get back.

The jump Chark has taken from year 1 to year 2 has been huge. My complaint about Chark was he was a body catcher but he looks like a different guy. If he could be that go to guy for Gardner, whew.

Also, can we please use Armstead more? Lenny just doesn't have the vision or burst.

its not like our line is making any real lanes for us to see.

i think the problem with our run offense has to be our OLINE/blocking scheme.

take a look at hyde last year and he couldnt average 3ypc.  this year with new starters at LT and RT its nearly the same result with a new OC.
