As long as he continues with what's here (and has been here since Shad started basically) than he just looks like he could care less about results. Refused to fire marvin lewis Marvin Lewis had fewer losing seasons than Dave despite the fact that he literally was a coach for the Bengals for twice as many seasons as Dave has been a GM.
