The only way it kind of makes sense is if we land an obvious upgrade in FA, and even then, why not use those resources elsewhere? Exactly, and we all love draft picks and they are cheap but we have so much money this is unnecessary and again he isnt bad...he's overpaid sure but if we're going to overpay for good talent then why not it be the OL to protect the best QB prospect we've ever had? He's not even overpaid imo.
