Undying loyalty to "his guys" can quickly become, "he just keeps playing that guy even though he clearly isn't any good". etc. But it really does seem like with Urban...there's a certain "cult of personality" that a boatload of his former players absolutely adore. Something maybe a little bit different and "bigger". So that's exciting i suppose. Though that means that if it doesn't work out for some reason...we're probably also going to get some much bigger "fireworks" on the negative sides of those things. The best thing to build around, would be a nicely balanced offense. With a robust running game to lean on, and help set up the passing game downfield.
