Too much going on. We would still have a SS playing at a high level + whoever we took in the first. Plus Zeitler.... Yeah we didn’t need OBJ. Now I was super excited we got him, but I was also on the it’s not necessary train. Mechole Hardman or DK Metcalf would’ve been enough we didn’t. Resign Perriman and draft one of them keep Zeitler and draft Oline in the first we’d be in a better situation

He's not a good athlete any more in the NFL either. He's barely average/to above average. This isn't the Big XII and the sooner he realizes it, the better, because he'll have to actually learn to win from the pocket instead of throwing off platform and scrambling for no real reason.

While I'm not saying that you're wrong, because some have that mindset, when you see someone struggle this badly (arguably the worst starting QB in the NFL) and regressing this much, it's hard not to panic and wonder if he's actually not a bust. Look at guys like RGIII, Derek Anderson, etc. who looked fantastic their first year as a starter, and then injuries/film caught up with them, the league figured them out, and they regressed/couldn't hack it anymore. Like I said, I'm giving him 24 more games, but I'll also say that we will likely know who he is/isn't in the next 16 and be able to move on from there. He hasn’t been nearly as bad as his stats would indicate. A lot of the bad raw numbers came when pressing tbh. Make the game easier and put him in some advantageous positions and he’ll be fine. LETSGOBROWNIES
He’s had a ton of just bad luck too. I’ve never seen so many drops turn into picks... Edited November 5, 2019 by LETSGOBROWNIES

From a sheer numbers standpoint, I agree, but here's what concerns me more than bulk stats: Red Zone Passing: 14-39, 35.9% completion rate 4 TD, 3 INT (Should be 5-2 because of Callaway) Inside the 10 yard line, he's 5-20 3rd and 4th Down he is exactly 52%, 2 TD 4 INT Just now, LETSGOBROWNIES said: A lot of the bad raw numbers came when pressing tbh. While I agree that much of that is based off of situation/play calling, that's really concerning to me, and I'm not panicking because we saw that he was a Top 3 guy in the NFL last year in the Red Zone...but that's scary. Yeah the turnaround has been wild. People always talk about players regressing once teams get film, but Baker wasn’t using smoke and mirrors last year, just reading defenses and making plays. That’s what makes this year so weird. Someone is not communicating or understanding or adapting and we have the most disjointed offense I can recall relative to talent.

I could actually see it happening. Jarvis would get moved too. Personally, I want this team to be out Chubb / Hunt next year.
