Blah blah blah personality. There’s personalities in every locker room. Outside of Randell we have none on defense. Off field bs is overrated it hasn’t stopped him from being a star on the field. Which is all that matters. We need a football team not a Boy Scout troop.

Unless we're trading Ward for him it makes no sense. We aren't putting that kind of money into a DB and keeping Ward so it's one or the other. Ramsey is also a me player which is a negative as much as a positive. Sometimes won't even pretend to help on a play that isn't to his man. Certainly a great cover guy, although struggled at times tonight, but not worth the sacrifice and doesn't make us significantly better.

I will say I read posts from Jags fans supporting Ramsey and getting in to more detail. Sounds like the Jags FO is treating its players poorly. That would make me feel slightly better, but the biggest thing that would still hold me back is that our DBs are not a weakness at all. We have cheap talented youth there. I'd rather keep the picks to rebuild the Oline.

Back to the matter at hand..............

Watching last night's game proved my suspicions about week 1. The Titans gave us an extraordinary effort that week. They had heard all the hype for months, and were sick of it. But the next two weeks the have come back to earth.

We have had our struggles, no doubt. I said after the TEN blowout that you are never as good as you think you are when you are winning, and never as bad as you think you are when you are losing.

I have a quiet guarded optimism about this game. We are catching the Rams after an emotional win against New Orleans. I wonder if they come in with a sense that they are the better team, but are in for an emotional letdown.

Austin Siebert with a walk off winner Sunday night.

Anyone who doesn’t want Ramsey is a fool. He’s an all pro. OL isn’t that big of an issue. It’s the stupid long developing plays and baker holding onto the ball too long. It’s not worth passing up on an elite player. We have plenty of money to give him.

100% agreed, the thing is, we really don't need him. Our corners are playing pretty well outside of Ward, plus we don't have a lot of money tied up at that position either.

100% Facts, I hate how people act like these guys are supposed to be choir boys. People's only concern should be if he is a good teammate and good in the locker room.

Hello Cleveland,

I need some Browns fan insight and to talk me off the ledge of making a shaved head bet with my Browns fan friend. I am pretty confident in this game but I have been burned before.

My thoughts of confidence and please feel free to shout at me why I am wrong.

Browns OL has not been good... Greg Robinson is the starting LT, Chris Hubbard is not practicing, Bitonio (IIRC) is banged up. Rams DL is very good and takes a double on AD almost every play. This should free up Fowler Brockers and Clay. Baker holds the ball the 3rd longest of anyone in the NFL. Some of this may be due to scrambling, but still an interesting stat. While the Browns flashy positions are still incredible, I think it all starts up front. The Rams should be able to bend-don't-break with Chubb Landry and Odell.

Denzel Ward and Greedy Williams did not practice today. Is this more precautionary? Calling up the DB from the practice squad makes me think it is a little more than that. I've also heard Denzel is struggling with this new scheme. Is that true? The Rams imo have a top 3 WR corps so DB injuries are a huge factor. How is the DB that will guard Kupp? Currie I believe. I think Cooper is crazy underrated.

Rams offense hasn't fully clicked yet and got a full week's rest where the Browns had one less day.

Kirksey Burnett and Randall also out. Just an all around rough short week.

Obviously football is not linear, but the Titans are bad... Really bad.. As are the Jets. Not to pump up the Panthers or Brees-less Saints in any way.

Aaron Donald. Aaron Donald. Aaron Donald.

Reservations:

Myles vs Rob Havenstein does scare me. Especially if Blythe doesn't play to help out. Rob was getting burned by Cam Jordan last week and had to hold a lot.

Goff on the road. Self explanatory.

Baker Mayfield the electric factory. Kid just shows up when the bright lights come on.

Thanks guys! Here is to an injury free primetime.

With our injuries and what has been shown so far you would be crazy not to take the bet. However, Vernon or Garrett lining up against the 74th rated tackle in the NFL among 74 tackles means that there is a chance that Blake Bortles ends up being your QB and then all bets are off...or hair in your case.

Off the randall resign train.

Too injured, too much talk, for too little production.

Need real football players

What are you taking about he has a concussion they aren’t going to let him play, other than that he’s played every game he’s been with us I believe, had 4 picks last year to go with almost 90 tackles

Missed 1 game last year and has 0 6 game season out of 5.

I get that people get hurt, but being hurt every year is bad
