Unreal I believe they ruled our player didn't establish posession before going out of bounds. I disagree, but he should have done a better job of it being irrefutable. As he beats the OL, the OL blocking him wraps him up from behind and drags him backward, preventing him from getting a full body shot on Allen. Allen slips away and gets a big first down (i believe it was 3rd down). How in the heck does this holding call not get made?

I missed this live. I blame Tom Brady tbh.
TheVillain112
One thing I hope Zac Taylor improves on is his 2nd down play calling. Almost always he's running the ball on 2nd down. I'm thinking it has to do with his previous role for the Rams was being a '3rd down play calling specialist'. He does a great job scheming 3rd down calls, and he most likely is using these 2nd down runs to open up this 3rd down playbook but analytics have shown that's not efficient. After Dalton started what 0-6? on 3rd downs, hopefully he starts realizing that...
Beck Bristow
I am not a fan of the piling on I have seen on Taylor for thinking that last play was a safety. I'm fine with the explanation, but at the moment, I don't see how you blame the coach for thinking it's still a live play. He's down the field, not watching the all 22 tape. It's the exact one i was referring to. IIRC that was a 3rd down that led to a 1st down, but i could be wrong there.

Looks like it was 2nd and 4, from the 16. Should have been 2nd and 14, from the 26. Potentially game changing penalty, though the Bills could have recovered.
