KC's defense is giving up 6.2yds/att.. This is unacceptable. Again, it's the defense that's the Chiefs achilles heal. Well the ravens are the best rushing team Actually did pretty well against them all things considering
valkrei
We did awesome. I did not predict a win here.
onejayhawk
FBO has their post-weekend numbers up. Including a game against Baltimore's top 5 offense, our defense ranks #21. Given the amount of change we endured, I'll take that.https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef/2019 One more game and we get to take our shiny new CB for a spin. onejayhawk
Meh. 24th on rushing yards allowed. I am not saying we don't need improvement, but the problem is at least partly caused by playing seven or six in the box. Also, Baltimore is the top rushing team in the NFL. mayanfootball
Melvin Gordon is back with the LA Chargers on Thursday. He won't play this Sunday in Miami. The fact that the Bolts are 1-2 probably has something to do with this. Edited September 26, 2019 by mayanfootball

Small sample sizes are small sample sizes. We played 3 teams who have an old school run the ball mindset. And we all assumed the defense would be bad again. Chris Jones is still starting right? I don’t read much in the Ravens one though, they used up a ton of clock running the ball while we had a lead. We seemed content on letting them chew clock Edited September 26, 2019 by samsel23
onejayhawk
What we need is an offense that is better at chewing clock. Like the AFC title game, 60 yard TDs can just be a matter of putting your defense back on the field. J

onejayhawk
Maybe. Baltimore is elite against the run and both Oakland and Jax are decent. Detroit is not even as good as Oakland. J
