I think that was Lurie's plan when blocking Flip from interviewing. Ideal scenario being that someone hires Reich and Flip slots in as the new OC. Sort of like how Peyton was basically the OC and to an extent so is Brady. Plus we'll have Doug still and he seems to be facilitating a lot of his progress.
