Acgott
That’s a shame, he was playing extremely well.

minutemancl
This sucks. He was playing really well. We are super low on LBs now if Ogletree and Davis are still hurt. Even though, neither of them are very good. We are gonna need to make an investment in ILBs this offseason, that's for sure.
Giants4eva
That is so disheartening. Poor kid was just starting to hit his stride. Get healthy for next yr RC.
GMENNATION
very big blow to figuring out where to invest our assets next season. he certainly looked like the future at ILB but his season ends with a rather small sample size. They're going to have to make a tough decision on if they can count on him for next season.

If you bank on him coming back, you need another starting ILB and 2 more guys for depth (I don't anticipate Ogletree coming back, and there is no ILB depth on the roster). If you don't count on him, you need 2 starting ILB and 2 more depth players. Difference between 3 and 4 players. Either way, that position is getting an overhaul this offseason. minutemancl
What's even more upsetting is I just took a look at Connelly's stats in comparison with other rookies. He was legitimately on a DROY pace. Only rookie with multiple picks, 1 sack, top 5 in tackles. He was rolling.
NYGiantsman10
At least it happened earlier in the year so he has more time to rehab (Trying to be glass half full here) DG has quietly had two pretty good draft classes back to back. When was the last time we saw a 5th rounder make that kind of impact?
