This has been us for years. We dont draft 1T because we dont believe in it. He should have been gassed years ago. I question now if the team is buying what he is selling. But the challenges go beyond Garrett. A very ordinary defense. A grossly overrated OL. What they haven't tried to do was improve this safety position with quality picks. They keep having these undrafted or 6th round picks back there. We obviously have some glaring weaknesses, but great coaches and scheme can hide or at least find ways to lessen the negative impact of those things.
