Sugashane
That is why you keep drafting OL to develop and aim for more than Chase as the QB2. Under 250 yards of total offense and giving OAK short fields with incompetence cost the Bears. Nagy made adjustments in the 2nd half but hard to appreciate that as much when you get embarrassed for the first 30 minutes. He did a crap job overall again. Most of the offense was ARob and Miller making great plays it seemed. That's not a major adjustment, that's players just making plays. The running into the kicker against the Bears was pathetic, as the Bear was blocked into the punter--which virtually always insures there is no penalty.

Take the training wheels off and put his big boy pants on. Because otherwise this offseason changes need to be made. At this point we may need to blow up the offensive line and /or fire Harry Heistand... The offensive line under his watch has fallen off of a cliff... We scapegoated Howard for it last year, but it's an even bigger issue this year despite having Montgomery.

If Nagy doesn't have the balls to do that he can't be trusted to develop another QB either.

JAF-N72EX
Hicks update from Doc: Quote Akiem Hicks will not return, he entered the game with right knee issues. However, it’s his left elbow that will keep him out today. By video, he dislocated his elbow. Ligaments will be torn but he will not need surgery. He didn’t fracture anything either. Hicks should return in three to four weeks.

It's been 2 years since we lost a game by more than 7. This is a loss on the road against a AFC team. Now we need the Cowboys to win today. Hog wash they need to win every game they can, you can not afford to drop games that should/can be won.
Damikeeeee
Let's hope Denver keeps sucking and we can get Fangio back.

You mean like last year when we lost to Miami in a game we should've won, then went on to have a 12-4 season en-route to the playoffs?

Oakland needed a TD with under 6 left and the Bears D and ST pissed down their leg. We know the O sucks. You expect better from the D against a team on their 3rd string RG and without their best WR. He did a good job when Mack was on him, they used someone to chip Mack in so he could get his hands on him and use that massive body to wall him off. Keep Mack from getting that spped around the edge and without Hicks we had no other passrush.
abstract_thought
Bottom line this defense needs to play nearly perfectly to give the Bears a chance to win.
