Good lord. 5th Round deep ball specialist at this point and a **** ton of UDFAs. Give me a friggin' break already. The WR group outside of Adams is below average. If that isn't apparent to you by now, then your ******* head is in the sand. Go through the list and tell me which teams blow this group out of the water when you take out their top guy? Also, this charachterization of MVS as a "5th round deep ball specialist" only, is the exact sort of bull**** Packer fans did when Favre was on his way out and things were everybody's fault but his. It's intellectually dishonest and makes no sense if you're a fan of the Packers before you're a fan of Rodgers.

beekay414
Show me his crisp intermediate and boundary route running. Show me this other stuff that he's apparently good at but doesn't get targets because "Rodgers doesn't like him."

He runs a great drag route when he can run away from guys. He's really starting to come into his own and gain separation on his curl/comeback routes. He even runs a pretty good slant route, but of course you never see it because Rodgers only throws the slant to Adams. Even the outbreaking stuff is decent, not great by any stretch but again, our QB always throws that stuff five yards out of bounds or over his head. I'm in Canada right now, so I don't have gamepass, but just last week I showed the out route that Rodgers held on to until MVS was a step past his break. You say you don't have a Rodgers agenda but you feel the need to drag him into a conversation that wasn't about him lol. Right. I simply asked what MVS does well, legitimately curious, and you can't help yourself.

squire12
I think just about all GB fans want more talent at the WR spot. Since the Adams pick in 2014, GB has not really invested in the position. 2015-- Montgomery 3rd round 2016-- Davis 5th 2017-- Yancey 5th, Dupree 7th 2018-- Moore 4th, MVS 5th, EQ 6th Going back further, Cobb in the 2nd is from 2011. Hard to have a top tier unit when you are routinely hoping for a day 3 pick to blossom. Plugging other holes on the roster will lead to a shortage at some positions. Your comment if I do not post what I posted about Rodgers is, "Well if he's so good at the in/out stuff why aren't we seeing any production from it." Oh, sure. Right. Yep. Totally right. 100%. Definitely know what I'm thinking and going to post. So, not only does our WR group not suck, you're also Nostradamus. Dude, you have an agenda. Deal with it. Edited October 7, 2019 by beekay414

Your use of the word agenda is just a way for you to attempt to invalidate that opinion without doing any work.
