TecmoSuperJoe
Didn't he catch a zillion passes in college? And of course in the pros now he can't catch.

A team coming off a draft with 10 picks would not surprise me. Besides, It was a joke. It's been well noted how much Gruden loves veteran players. Yes, most of them really short and easy. Against NFL defenses he just seems to get in his own head.

A lot of WRs have left Buffalo and found success elsewhere. He seems to me to be the type of guy who would succeed more with a precision passer in a WCO type system. He might just suck, but the change of scenery might be exactly what he needs. Please tell me exactly what WR has left Buffalo and found better success elsewhere?? raidersedge
Raiders have a ton injuries at WR right now. Not a bad move considering its a 2021 pick.

By far and away his best season was 2015. Most yards (over 400 Yards MORE than any season since he left). Most yards per reception. His 2nd best was his 1st in Buffalo, 2014. Again with stats way better than any since he left. Robert Woods is the only one. Edited October 8, 2019 by BigMountainGoat

Hogan has disappeared and Goodwin is an occasional big threat speed guy, just as he was in Buffalo. The WR leaving Buffalo narrative is a nice story, but the facts show its nonsense. Woods was better, and that's it in recent years. On the flip side John Brown has started the season with his best ever numbers since joining Edited October 8, 2019 by BigMountainGoat
