RedGold
It’s still to early to take a replacement for Kelce. He’s going to play past a rookie contract still, #2 TE is a need but at least a couple years early to talking about replacement Edited January 8, 2020 by samsel23

You now pick a potential successor. In two years time you may have the luxury to choose to keep Kelce (at a high price) or go with the (now) Rookie for two years on a cheap contract,

That makes it a perfect time to draft a future replacement at TE. J
RedGold
Kelce is one of the biggest leaders on this team though. We aren’t replacing him unless his production drops off, which I don’t see in the next 4 years. Kelce will outlast any rookie contract from this draft. He’s top 2 at the lowest and shows no signs of drop off play. I get what you’re saying though.. OT is where I would look to draft and replace in a couple years to save cap. Kirill
The more I think about this draft the more I want us to draft pretty much all offense. Gonna likely be paying Mahomes something like 40M/yr this off season. Get two playmakers and two starting caliber OL on a rookie deal. Set Mahomes up with some guys he could play the next 10 years with.
