sryan66611
Just in general it doesn't have to be in season trades it could be off-season too Secondary is a huge need can we potentially find a trade? Candidates - Pat Pete (cardinals), Trae Wayans (Vikings), Chris Harris (Broncos), Jalen Ramsey (Jags), Trufant (ATL). Draft - Kristian Fulton (LSU), Henderson (UF), Trevon Diggs (ALA), Paulson Adebo (Stan) O-Line we have a ton of money invested and they still suck should we cut some guys? There are some potential guys in the draft we could get for sure. A couple of guys from Wisc are coming out one is going to be top 10 most likely. It's deep but not top-heavy IMO. QB - Jameis most likely is not the answer so do we trade or draft? Candidates - Nick Foles, Cam Newton, Derek Carr (supposedly raiders aren't sold on him), Josh Rosen. Draft - Tua, Herbet, Fromm, Burrows, I think its pretty uninspiring for the most part unless you're trying to get Tua. Not a fan of Fromm or Herbert. Burrows is a gunslinger but he has running ability. EDGE - Some decent FA's but will prolly resign with their teams. Re-Sign Shaq Barrett. Candidates - Whitney Mercilus, Dante Fowler, Matt Judon, Bud Dupree, J. Clowney, Shaq Lawson, Robert Quinn Draft - Chase Young (OSU), Espenesa (Iowa), Gross-Matos (Penn st.), Lewis & Jennings (ALA).Khalid Kareem (ND).
Lil' Shorty
Cut Perryman and get another draft pick. Love some Wisconsin OL. Need to get a vet CB that can actually play or I don’t see that unit improving. Throw out a flier on Hurts at QB or someone not named Tua cuz we aren’t getting him. Lil' Shorty
My takeaway from today is go get Joe Burrow. Yes there are other problems, but we need a QB and saving $30 million per year will help us acquire talent around him.
sryan66611
Im not 100% sold on Joe Burrow depending where he is drafted if its early first I'm not sure as if we have to trade up etc.. etc.. for him nah.. If we can get him in the mid-late first I would be all for it. Depending on who wants QBs it will be a question mark of where he will be drafted. The only game he has played vs. a competent defense was last night and I watched the whole game. Yes he played well but UF has zero pass rush he was not under duress at all really except for a couple plays they blitzed. He is a gunslinger too so that could be a bit of a question mark with his decision making. He has not had any bad games though this season. He runs well though which is a plus and has a good arm and accuracy.
bucsfan333
I don't wanna do it. But I know there are many that do.

Can’t give up a 1st and Perryman should be cut to get another comp pick. This is a move to “fix” CB for 2-3 years while Pat is still in his prime. Otherwise you go into the draft needing QB, CB and OL. Developing more CBs is a no for me at this point.
indifference
Peterson is a lock down CB that we need badly but we also need our first round pick for a qb. Pat Pete for 2 2nd round draft selections and a third im for it. Use r1 on a qb and save yourself $25 million to go fix this roster. OL depth stinks and we need a RT badly. Lil' Shorty
Pinion is the holder. Worth noting, but not something to stop his release that should gain us a comp pick.

Pinion is avg 43.6 with 7 punts inside 20. Comparison Morstead 45,9 with 17 punts inside 20. Yeah, he ll be gone to recoup that comp pick no doubt
