So does the FA QB shuffle ultimately lead to all the QBs going back to their teams?  Starting to feel that way.

Honestly, I think Cam Newton and Phillip Rivers will be the two guys on new teams next year. Everyone else (Brady, Brees, Winston, Tannehill) I think will stay...

I really wonder with Carolina they roll with Allen and address the QB position next season.  Rhule with a 7 yr contract has time.  If Teddy stays in NOLA if Brees returns, I really wonder if he is viewed as a viable starter.  Got 5 starts this yr, did decent so you would think now is the time to go get a starter s job.

I dont see anyway to Panthers move on from Cam this year. He is only getting paid 18m. No real downside to keeping him. I dont think he is going to get a ton of return in a trade, so i dont see the upside in moving him. But stranger things have happened. lol I expect us to keep Jameis if the money he is asking for is absurd.

Definitely possible, I just think with whole new regime coming in with no loyalty to him, they could move on. Seems to be more normal trend with these whole regime changes...

I agree. Again, i just dont see the upside. They arent going to find anything cheaper than 18m at the QB position. And it allows them to either groom their heir apparent or continue to believe in Kyle Allen.

No more yuck than Jameis.

Only slightly less so, probably.

Rivers has been a high INT QB multiple times throughout his career. And he's never played in BA's system that creates turnovers.

He's also old and not the QB he was 5-10 years ago.
