Honestly, get Diakite and Merrill up here now and just play them instead of these veteran turds that offer nothing right now. Once Nwora is cleared from his ankle injury, get him in the lineup too. If we're going to get cooked on defense, at least have the young guys out there.

Would 1000% rather see Merrill gunning from deep than Pat or DJA. Would 1000% rather have Diakite and Nwora out there over Craig and Thanasis.

One thing is pretty clear at the midway point, Giannis at the 5 is pretty much the only hope this team has in the playoffs.

We refuse to play him in the post, even when he has a clear advantage (like the Pels game where he had Zion on him and still just stood in the corner). Defensively, his only use is in the drop. He’s just so slow.

I’d guess Jrue-Donte-Midds-Portis-Giannis is probably the best playoff lineup, though we’ve gone three guards pretty consistently when Giannis plays the 5.
