Though, if they were to unfathomably bring him back, I'd probably be done with the franchise.

beekay414
Honestly, if Budenholzer wanted POBO and HC, I wouldn't be that upset. His record as an executive isn't really bad. He made some smart trades and found ways to gain picks, not lose them. He's at least a friggin' basketball mind that's actually proven he can win in this league. He'd do wonders for this team. Give him whatever he wants.
beekay414
Let's look at his notable moves as an executive... ~ Traded Adriean Payne to Minnesota for a 2017 1st Round Pick (protected...translated in 2018 as pick #19 in draft) ~ Traded for Tim Hardaway Jr in a 3 team trade (Kelly Oubre to Washington, Jerian Grant to New York) - Hardaway arguably had his best year with Bud ~ Re-signed Paul Millsap to a 3 year/$60 Million deal (year 3 was player option) ~ Traded top 55 protected 2017 2nd for Tiago Splitter ~ Signed Justin Holiday to a 2 year/$9 Million deal (traded him with Shelvin Mack for Kirk Hinrich in a salary dump) ~ Drafted DeAndre' Bembry with the 21st pick in the 2016 NBA Draft (still TBD as Bembry can't stay healthy) ~ Acquired Taurean Prince for Jeff Teague ~ Signed Kent Bazemore to a 4 year/$70 Million deal (the year of the cap jump and dumb contracts so it is what it is - He's at least a solid rotational player) ~ Signed Dwight Howard to a 3 year/$70.5 Million deal ~ Re-signed Dennis Schroder to a 4 year/$70 Million deal ~ Traded Kyle Korver for Mike Dunleavey, Mo Williams and a 2019 1st Round Pick (waived Mike Dunleavy) - Pick protections are top 10 in 19 & 20 then conveyed as 21 & 22 2nd round picks ~ Traded Mo Williams for a foreign prospect and a TPE ~ Traded Tiago Splitter and 2 2017 2nd Round Picks (Sterling Brown & Mathias Lessort) for Ersan Ilyasova and a 2017 2nd round pick (Alpha Kaba) ~ Trade Mike Scott for a top 55 protected 2017 2nd Round Pick Not great but not awful either. Travis Schlenk was named the Hawks GM on May 25th 2017 so that's where Bud's run ends. Bud apparently had a hand in drafting John Collins as well. thrILL!
The way Kevin Love plays against us in MKE, he’d be league MVP if he played for us. LoL
