Sad and amazing at the same time. Amazing that the defense has been that good and sad that this team is only 3-4

And yet still in this thread had countless people crying about the defense, as if giving up 20 points to a Rivers led team is an atrocity.

I understand that it worked, but it looks like the throw to Jonnu was the design of the play on third and long, which is pretty sad. Otherwise, the spacing on this play was a total disaster.

Cian brings up a good point in this isn't likely to last(throwing contested passes and continually winning them). Gotta scheme people open more often.

Credit to Parkey for making his FG though. Without that it's a tied game.

Then take that credit away for the missed XP.

Tanny had some luck today too. Fumbled sack recovered by us. Missed throw to Jonnu that accidentally went to Firkser.

Defense missed 2 INTs and a fumble recovery.

Our spacing is still a concern. A couple passes it was multiple guys in the same area.

We saw the benefits of Tanny willing to give guys a chance. A couple of bigger passes to our WRs he had guys open underneath.

Watching the highlights video, Tanny had several completions to guys with 2 WRs in the same 5 yards. Obvioulsy isn't the whole story watching an 11 minute video, but what in the hell is happening on those routes?

I don’t like the conservative 3 man rush playing zone bull**** no. Also the pass-rush being far too inconsistent. Otherwise, pretty damn good.

I have no idea. Stuff like that isn't a recipe for long-term success.

Compared to watching the Colts highlights where it's one guy wide open by design and great line play.

Which is how he almost had an int to brown that was broken up. Simply because the area was so convoluted.
