Ko was fine when he was traded here, this magically popped up when he was gonna get benched and released losing money. Ko then magically needs this surgery.

Magically 3 independent doctors agree with him.

I bet KO tore his labrum himself to get those doctors to give him to diagnosis too.

He did it with the raiders, as soon as he was benched he decided he needed it. Where was the need before the trade or offseason? This wasnt a new injury this season.  Ko is a con man

If any of that is true your entire Medical Staff needs to be fired. Blame them and or your FO for being idiots.

Ko probably told them its something he can play through, then when it came down to being benched and going to be released losing money he pulled this to trigger clauses to guarantee money.

Anyways,  our current fo never made that trade. They werw all fired,  look at the lack of talent on the jets, maccagnan was awful.

Sounds like a smart buisness decesion. Something NFL FO have been doing to players for decades. Good for him if that's the case?

Even if you're 100% right, why should the player not be able to get surgery to fix it?

I'd be happy for the Texans to sign him now. Pay to rehab and then play for us next season.

im surprised no one has done that yet.

As long as said team does claim him on waivers, signs him afterwards, very smart IMO.   If they claim him on waivers, they are basically taking on the rest of the year's contract.   They could sign Osemele on a rest-of-season min wage deal, with an option for 2020 that's less than 11.2M.

The beauty for Osemele is that he could continue with his grievance with the Jets, and then recoup the lost $ for 2020, as well, if the Jets released him in breach of the CBA of a release while injured (I'll defer to the legal guys, but that's what I understood from past convos on this type of situation).
