No. He's always been a broke man's Curtis Martin (i.e. an accumulator who got so much of his pub off of getting so much opportunity it would be difficult to not post results). Then throw in that it's pretty apparent (maybe deservedly so), Melvin's playing for Melvin at this point. He couldn't care less about the team except for their ability to give him touches to pad his stats (he thinks he's better than he is) to try to justify the outrageous price tag he wants to fit himself with on the open market.
