J-ALL-DAY
UGLY game obviously and the weather pretty much prevented any type of offensive explosion, but who deserves the game ball? Edited October 20, 2019 by J-ALL-DAY
oldman9er
Whoever the dude was that stripped the football from AP in the 3rd. I know 77 Taylor recovered but did he also force the fumble? if so, he gets my game ball.

oldman9er
Yeah, that 3rd Q fumble was at a fairly critical moment in the game, iirc. Otherwise, from the sounds of it (on a play 0r two I probably missed) seems K Bourne had some nice plays too, down the stretch, maybe. rudyZ
Voted Kwon. He played a great game. Let the defense win it. These guys are playing great. The DL is the automatic MVP of every single game, but the players behind the pass rush are playing great. Bourne and Kittle shouldered most of the offense. I was distracted, but Richie James had a big play as well, right? Ugly win, but a win nonetheless.
nayad
Voted Bourne but Kittle made some equally big catches. I will say Wishnowski did a good job of catching every snap and pinning both punts inside the 20. All the guys in the poll on defense were about equally valuable at different points in the game so they all get an atta boy

Kwon definitely made some plays and made arguably the biggest play of the game, but thought he was the reason for a few of the big runs. He also missed a few tackles. But in today's NFL to hold the last three QBs to a combined 251 yards is unheard of. Like that may NEVER be repeated again.
GW21
I went with Jullian Taylor. Big time 4th down stop and that fumble recovery was huge. KB played good today as well and Kittle is Kittle. I think the Taylor making two of the biggest plays of the game wins it for me.

TecmoSuperJoe
Apparently Kittle mentioned after the game they gave the game ball to papa Shanahan. Nice move. Screw Snyder.
NcFinest9erFan
Going with Taylor. They gashed up on that first drive then we plugged Taylor in and that was the end of that.
clarkfn2284
Went Armstead. COntinues to play very strong, but Bosa ended up with 4 TFL's. Armstead and the middle were responsible for it. They clogged the middle up and were stout after the first drive. Add to it his sack and he had another very solid outing

His game is based on speed and he never looked like he had good footing. It's part of the reason I expect us to be fine with CMC. Kwon is very fast and should be able to do pretty well against him
