Good point, let's win this one and improve that 1st rd pick from Pittsburgh.

Bengals are really scaring me though, they gotta start winning.

Even if we win one and the Bengals continue to go winless, we can still secure the first overall pick by losing to them in Week 16. I think the first overall pick will come down to that game regardless (so long as one of us don't win two games, which is seeming rather unlikely!).

But the Dolphins have shown improvement in every game, while the Bengals are going in the other direction. SCARY

Wow after Miami's incredible 21-point explosion last Sunday (hah), I just noticed there's now a tie in the 'on pace for fewest points ever scored in a 16-game season' category...the Jets!

Only 63 pts after 6 games for both teams.

How many will the Fins need to score vs the Steelers to have more points than Darnold and the Jets who play at Jacksonville? I'm thinking 14 pts.

Laird? What about Myles Gaskin?

Not a fan of him, tbh.  He's a small guy, but without the explosiveness that makes the other smaller backs effective.  He does get to his mediocre top speed fairly quickly and does have good hands, so he could theoretically be a 3rd down back, but he's not a good pass blocker.

Laird, while not an elite athlete himself, has a better frame, a touch more explosiveness, has just as good of hands out of the backfield, and is a better blocker.

Well we could sure use better blocking from the RB's. Let's go Laird!
