49ers2015 Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 Some are viewing this as the first real test of the season. Regardless it's going to be tough. The home field will help for sure (although the white 94 jerseys at home I don't get...lol). I think the D will cause Allen to make mistakes and Shanny will focus on run and then hopefully we will see Jimmy and Sanders connect. I know every week is important but this one is especially since the Rams have the bungals and Seattle has the Falcons. Those are more than likely two wins for them. San Francisco is playing great defense, but the offense is limited in what they can do throwing it. This is a game where the Carolina defense will be all over Jimmy Garoppolo, which will lead to turnovers, which will lead to an upset. Burns played through the injury for a few weeks and opted for surgery during the Panthers' open date. It's unclear if he'll be ready for Week 8 against the 49ers.
