Should the Bears trade for a QB?

I’m all for being patient, but patience also can be a bad thing too. What if the Bengals move Dalton and pick Mahomes/Watson?

That said, I think you have to give Mitch more time. He was an inexperienced QB that is playing with a lacking group on offense. I think the Bears should look to revamp the offense and give him 2020. If he doesn’t show marked improvement at that point, cut your losses.

Saints would be very foolish to let Bridgewater walk. They should sign him to a Jacoby Brissett type extension if he will take it. This should be Brees last year and clearly the team is rallying around Bridgewater. Not sure you will find a better replacement for Brees given what we've seen from Teddy this year.

He’s making more than Jacoby is a lot more. He’s looking at 26+ MIl per year.

Yes, he is bad. Man can you imagine Mahomes with that D? Or Watson? Can't believe they traded up for Trub.

The rest of the NFC North dodged a bullet on that one.  Pairing that defense with Mahomes on offense would have made them a dynasty.

No they didn’t because Mahomes would still have to play with the rest of the offense. No one but Allen Robinson has been worth anything all season.

Last year was just a mirage, just like every other good season in the last 30 years.

Well can that mirage please last one more week, then they can go on a run. 🍺 Have a feeling our secondary is about to make Biscut look like Brett Farve out there.
