Thoughts?

You created a thread you already knew the answer to? I'm assuming you were never a big Luck Supporter/Fan just wanted to see how many would say no or bash the idea?

*to

And no I thought he wasn’t going to the HOF too but wanted to see what everyone else thought.

He did have a very solid career, albeit, short

he could make the Hall of Fame(career cut short by injury) eventually

but there's a lot in-line ahead of him

There is no justification whatsoever even a shorten career that will ever get Luck into the HOF. Especially given his lack of success in the Playoffs, blown out in his only AFCCG, and Zero SB appearances or rings.

For reference Luck played in 86 games

  1. Joe Guyon (induct. 1966)- 46 games played

  2. Fritz Pollard (2005)- 49

  3. Jim Thorpe (1963)- 52

  4. Ernie Nevers (1963)- 54

  5. Cliff Battles (1968)- 60

  6. Doak Walker (1986)- 67

  7. Ace Parker (1972)- 68

  8. Gale Sayers (1977)- 68

  9. Arnie Weinmeister (1984)- 71

  10. D*ck Stanfel (2016)- 73

Gale Sayers is the only one on that list that played before the 50s. Gale was also one of the most dynamic NFL players ever and on the very short list for best players of his era regardless of his position for his entire time in the NFL. Terrell Davis is the most modern player that's in the Hall with only 78 games. He also won and MVP and was essential to 2 Super Bowl runs AND had to wait like a decade+ to even get in.
