MossyMoss
If you could pinpoint one reason for your team's success/failure half way in the season? What is it?

waterfish_21
For the Packers, turnovers. We get them, we don't commit them.
patriotsheatyan
Historically good defense with good offense and great coaching against bad teams.
kingseanjohn
Injuries Yes everyone has them. But Chiefs are now down 8 starters. Edited October 28, 2019 by kingseanjohn
Nabbs4u
Howie's complete and utter purge of anything Chip Kelly which unfortunately must of included the Smoothy Machine and Sports Science department because we haven't been a Healthy Team Since. I'd love to know the totals the past 3 years worth of games missed by not only all injured Eagles but Key Starters? Bet it's up there. berlin calling
the team installed an offense fitting their QBs strengths and seemingly hit on some guys in recent drafts able to catch passes consistently.
Tetsujin
The ball just hasn't bounced our way this season.
3rivers
Failure (since there has been more of it): OC - he is the #1 reason for the failure to this point. Not establishing the run is the real reason to be more specific Injuries, but everyone deals with that, so it's more of a cop our excuse more than anything, but can cause adjustments that hinder success temporarily OL looked bad for the beginning of the season as did ben who looked worse than last season when he was colour-blind often WR's dropping passes never helps either Opposition were all playoff teams early on, and combined with the above, it was almost unwatchable . Defensively, Bush wasn't starting or out there all game at the beginning, but now he is. The defensive play wasn't as good either Success: Establishing the run helps, OL started to play better or to what their capability appears anyways QB play and play calling . Still could improve of course Secondary playing better (finally after all these years) Pass rush appears nearing legit for a change We as steeler fans never know what to expect week to week from a Tomlin's teams. FrantikRam
Failure - not taking the Bucs seriously and a missed FG in Seattle OL play has been shaky, but through 8 games now we've allowed 12 sacks - that's good considering we're on our 3rd LG. Glad people are sleeping on us right now - Niners probably win the West at this point, but eventually the luck will catch up to Seattle and the playoff field should reveal itself as Niners, Packers, Saints, Cowboys or Eagles, Vikings, Rams

The Patriots still have one of the most well coached O-Line's in the league. Is this just a reference to injuries?

Is this just a reference to injuries? They're well coached, but the ends are like turnstiles. Newhouse is a bum and Cannon has dropped off. Two crucial injuries as well. Cannot run the ball and the ends don't hold up for long
