Other names mentioned today: Jarran Reed, Quinton Jefferson

Lot of snaps to replace. They want to bring in two quality guys.

Reed back to Seattle. Quality DL coming off the board quickly. Need to close on Reader, some redemption for Calais in 2017.

Wow. With what a spectacular move. Just saw we signed Graham Glasgow. Don’t know much about him but he played in Detroit and the Russell-New England connection must have played a part. The Lions OL was elite this year, that’s how Matt Stafford led the Lions to the playoffs.

oh, wait.

Nah, he's pretty solid bud. Looks to me like a big upgrade at RG. McGovern couldn't move well enough to play there. As a RG, Schlottmans better but can't anchor real well.

Anyway, I'm pretty pleased with the hire. Now just get us a swing OT that can replace James next year. That'll be the draft.

3 penalties in 872 snaps (788 at Guard) 0 sack allowed. Listed Guard but can play Center too.

12th best guard out of the 80 players who qualified last season.

Great move by Denver

Dan ... There is no logic here.

That basically means any OL can't be good unless they are in a good unit. Any WR can't be good unless he's in a good WR unit. Any player can't be good if they aren't in the playoffs.

It's simply not true. The player deserves to be analysed on his own merit.

This is a dumb post Dan, cmon. Did you know bad teams can still have good players on them? He was, by most accounts, the best OL FA available once some guys re-signed with their previous teams. I think you would agree Dalton Risner is a core player for us even though our OL isn't great. Guess we should just get rid of him right?
