Please stop trolling.  Thanks.

Sorry I thought this forum allowed for differing opinions as it pertained to football, and how the NCAA allowed Chase Young to miss no games of consequence, instead allowing his return for a bigger matchup that would generate more revenue for the universities and the NCAA, as well as push the narrative to allow OSU to reach the playoffs (again, to maximize revenue).

But I guess censorship is okay if its something against your favorite team and you happen to be a moderator.

Oh come on, why should Chase Youngen be penalized for something he didn’t even capitalize on? He borrowed money and he paid it back. It’s not like a situation where he was pocketing money Like AJ Green or Todd Gurley got in trouble with

Why should he get special treatment just because of his talent level and who he plays for? Where do we draw the line? What happens when every player that is on a team going to a ball game gets a "loan" and improper benefits, even if they pay it back later?

Rules are rules, and OSU has shown in recent years that they believe they are above the field of parity in following rules.

How is he getting special treatment? Has there been a player who got a loan And paid it back and got in trouble and was suspended for more than two games?

how has Ohio State shown in recent years that they believe they are above the rules? You gotta go back almost 10 years for the tattoo gate And that cost them a national championship

You guys are giving him what he wants. It’s nonsense and he’s a troll. Especially considering a Bama player was paid by a strength and conditioning coach on staff without consequence. Of all teams, Bama fans have no room to talk in general about paying kids. There’s not much to this one. Good to see it blow over.

That example is why I think it wasn’t really the Maryland staff headed by Locksley who told the NCAA

I believe its already been stated that it was an anonymous  member of Maryland's staff, who tipped them off.  Young is from Cheltenham, and went to high school in Hyattsville, which is in UMD's backyard.  He was believed to be a Maryland lean, earlier in his recruiting process.

Kept hearing it was Maryland’s head coach and it’s why we ran the score up on them.

Three miles from College Park, and DeMatha is one of the biggest high school football programs in the country.  A lot of kids from there definitely go onto UMD.  I could buy it.  But it's petty and silly from both sides.

Friendly reminder that Dre Kirkpatrick showed up to his first day of practice at Bama in this vehicle

Like you said, why would Maryland coaches do that. Showing they are willing to take a kid down like that. You don’t want that negative stigma put on you. That could destroy relationships with their recruiting grounds in Maryland DMC area and if you want to be successful at Maryland that is the last thing you want to do.
