He's played well. Really well. But older QBs suddenly playing the best football of their careers tend not to repeat that success. That said, the Titans don't need him to play this well. As BleedthClock said, the Titans are a team built on defense and the run game, so as long as he plays as well as he did in Miami with a better supporting cast, he's worth re-signing. Of course he also has an extensive injury history. I would love to re-sign him. Even long term. I will hate it if it costs more than $20 million a year.
