Clement does have some special teams value and he should remain on the roster at this point. However, Pumphrey has got to go - the front office needs to own up on the mistake and cut ties with him. But yeah I don't see the justification for Pumphrey, unless he's literally the only guy in the roster who could field punts in case Sproles is out. But I'm sure Agholor or Smallwood could do that?
