Marshal Yanda

Ronnie Stanley

How do you get these little boxes like that? And can you do it with Dak, A Rod and Mahomes comp?

On the Jets, just Jamal. No other player should even enter this discussion for problem let alone all pro.

A player to keep in mind for the future is Foly Fatukasi. He’s been playing great for us this year. Mini Snacks Harrison or Kris Jenkins.

I feel like my number one takeaway from this thread is people not realizing how the all-pro team works, and how exclusive it is. Got people listing multiple QBs as first team all-pros, and people calling guys locks at positions where you can only make the all-pro team if you're voted by someone as the best at that position in the NFL. No QB, for instance, is a lock for an all-pro team right now. This isn't pro-bowl where you just have to cement top 6. You have to convince one of the voters that you were the best in the league at your position. It's entirely possible that Jackson or Wilson or Watson or Mahomes could pull ahead enough to where no one else gets any votes. Late season games really shift perspectives too.

You just highlight the entire box in PFR, and yeah if you google "PFR player comparison" it'll let you compare up to like 8 players I think. I'm traveling right now otherwise I would, but it's pretty easy to use!

When you put Daks INT's in context, he is having a better season than both Mahomes (due to injury) and Rodgers.

Both of Rodgers INTs went off his receivers hands as well. An INT is an INT, so no context needed.

... yeah, no. I disagree. For example 2 of Dak's INTs were hailmarys. Are we really holding those against him?

Additionally, Dak's stats are just better across the board than Rodgers with 1 less game played.

If we’re gonna play the “well this INT was on a tipped pass” or “well this INT was on a Hail Mary” games I think we need to look at how many yards or scores came on screens or slants that busted free for all of them as well.

otherwise it’s just an exercise in who can cherry pick the best. which is fine, it’s just not as convincing of an argument.

He has 8 more INTs than Mahomes. I dont think you can context away that big of a gap there.
