If they lose out, that means all the first and second yr guys are not progressing. And that would be a major problem. Most guys on rosters come from winning college programs. Winning is contagious, but so is losing. A lot of losing over the last decade plus If they can t best 5 wins, it is a long shot they have a winning record next season. Season to season improvement over years of losing is very important. Look no further then Dungy s tenure for this team .
