Letting him go doesn't help our immediate on-field production, but BB has developed a clear framework and culture that has given us unprecedented success - so I'll just go on his instict.... I don't get the Gordon one though. He wasn't expensive at all, he wasn't disruptive. It doesn't HURT loads, but we could use his hands and target right now.
