BullsandBroncos
If we take ball and run it 3 times in a row I'll have an aneurysm.

But in fairness, that kind of go for the throat mentality has not been the norm for Fangio this season. Which IMO is part of the reason we’re 4-8. Hopefully Fangio and company learn from that. Fortune favors the bold.
BroncoBruin
That last play is about as far from John Fox as you can get. And “throw it up to Sutton” has an absurd success rate. More of that.

BroncoBruin
Rare time where the box score kind of deflates the impact of the QB. Lock played a clean game with one bad decision, the coaches need to trust him more going forward.

Nobody is viewing it outside of that context, so yeah, of course. I know you hate the player but give him credit when it's due.

Shouldn't be pulling teeth to get one complement about the kid.

Aside from a couple early overthrows, Lock looked surprisingly comfortable and in command. And he took zero sacks today. That really impressed me; he made his reads and if nothing was there, he either threw it away or made a play with his legs. Very unusual for a qb’s first start. Part of that is pretty amazing when your blockers are Bolles, Mcgovern, and 2 practice squad guys. Only one that plays on another team is Risner.
