They might not be a true 9-3 team but there’s no reason to not take them seriously. It’s on the road too. The Bills are average against the run but their pass defense is one of the best in the NFL. It’s another big stage for Josh Allen. So what you're saying is that any given Sunday a bad team can compete with a good team, let alone two good teams competing with one another?
