sdrawkcab321
FIRE EVERYONE give Lincoln Riley a blank check cut Hubbard sign jack Conklin to play RT draft the best LT you can get. Trade up if you have to. If you can get Trent Williams for less than a 3rd then do that and use that pick on the best available player at a position of need. Resign or tag sho and hunt no matter what. try to bring back Randell at a cheap price.
BleedTheClock
Fire Kitchens. Hire anybody else. Cut/Don't Re-Sign: QB Drew Stanton OT Chris Hubbard DE Olivier Vernon DT Sheldon Richardson OLB Christian Kirksey FS Damarious Randall Sign/FA: QB Cooper Rush---Cheap 3rd string QB OT Jack Conklin---Very good OT when healthy. DT Danny Shelton---Powerful run stopper. OLB Jatavis Brown---Depth at OLB CB Artie Burns---Cheap depth at CB Draft: 1st: Tyler Biadasz/OG/Wisconsin---Best OL in the country. C/OG versatility. 2nd: Raekwon Davis/DT/Alabama---Run stuffing DT with pass rush upside. 3rd: Kenny Willekes/DE/Michigan State---Pass rushing specialist that lacks physical skills. 3rd: Essang Bassey/CB/Wake Forest---Supremely underrated cover man that could play CB or S. 4th: Khaleke Hudson/SS/Michigan---Run stopping S that has LB/S versatility. 5th: Paddy Fisher/OLB/Northwestern---Instinctual linebacker that doesn't miss tackles. 6th: Richie Worship/FB/Purdue---Local kid that has RB/FB versatility. 7th: David Moa/DT/Boise State---A good interior pass rusher. Roster: QB: Baker Mayfield/Garrett Gilbert/Cooper Rush RB: Nick Chubb/Kareem Hunt/Dontrelle Hilliard FB: Richie Worship WR: Odell Beckham/Jarvis Landry/Rashard Higgins/Khadarel Hodge/Damion Ratley/Derrick Willies TE: David Njoku/Demetrius Harris/Ricky Seals-Jones LT: Greg Robinson/Kendall Lamm LG: Joel Bitonio/Drew Forbes C: JC Tretter/Eric Kush RG: Tyler Biadasz/Wyatt Teller RT: Bryan Bulaga/Justin McCray LE: Chad Thomas/Kenny Willekes DT: Larry Ogunjobi/Danny Shelton/Raekwon Davis/David Moa RE: Myles Garrett/Chris Smith WLB: Mack Wilson/Jatavis Brown MLB: Joe Schobert/Willie Harvey/Tae Davis SLB: Sione Takitaki/Paddy Fisher CB: Denzel Ward/Greedy Williams/Terrance Mitchell/Artie Burns/Tavierre Thomas FS: Sheldrick Redwine/Essang Bassey SS: Khaleke Hudson/Justin Burris K: Austin Seibert P: Jamie Gillan KR: Dontrelle Hilliard/Essang Bassey PR: Jarvis Landry/Essang Bassey Future Needs: 1. MWil23
I'd absolutely agree with this: 51 minutes ago, BleedTheClock said: Cut/Don't Re-Sign: QB Drew Stanton OT Chris Hubbard DE Olivier Vernon DT Sheldon Richardson OLB Christian Kirksey FS Damarious Randall From there, I'd look at signing: An average to above average starting caliber NFL RG OR an above average NFL RT and then: Draft either a really good OG/OT. While BPA is the obvious route to go, we need some combination of the following in free agency/the draft: OT x2 OG x1 S x2 (I don't like Redwine at all as a viable long term starter tbh) DT x2 TE x1 We can't necessarily "fix" all of these in 1 draft or offseason, but out of 8 glaring holes/depth issues, I'd expect us to address 4 WELL, 2-3 average, and 1-2 glaring hole remaining. CBrownsman
Why do people want to cut Sheldon Richardson. He has been great!

We let Randall go so that we could get cheaper at S and as a result, I don't see us bringing in one via FA. Also, we weren't roasted at S this year when those guys were out injured. Additionally, I looked all over the draft for safety prospects and I have only 1 elite dude so far. It's Delpit, who will be gone by our 1st round selection. He's done virtually nothing. I saw him getting straight murdered yesterday against the run. Like...blown 15 yards off the ball.

#32
There is no quick fix for the Browns. For roster, I like "bleed the clock" input but I would trade Beckham and re-sign Kirksey. For the coach, Kitchens is gone with latest t-shirt nonsensical unprofessional conduct. I give Dorsey one more year to reset and Haslam needs to make coaching decision as Dorsey whiffed badly on Kitchens. Good news is we have Chubb/Hunt and can build a winning team. I will never understand why Kitchens did not run the ball more. Bottom line it is a culture thing and an organization that works together on football side. We have too many players like Beckham who do not understand team concept and never will. I would hire Jim Harbaugh and give him the keys as well as personnel input. No capable coach is going to hang their hats on an obvious dysfunctional group. No decent coach is going to allow organization to hinder his ability to win. Two facts we need either O line coach who can coach up or the right personnel to RUN first and pass second. We need head coach with experience to deal with the new millennials millionaires, and build a winning culture with WINNERS.
