  1. 1. Should the Seahawks move to the CFL?

    • Yes, be gone with them already.
    • No, I want see the Seahawks get beat down in the NFC West for years to come.
    • No, because then poor RudyZ might be stuck with them.
    • No, because I am a proud toothless member of the 12th Man which you all know means I became a fan in 2012. It's also the last year I took a shower, because my hygiene is lacking.

I was actually thinking of starting a thread in NFL general: " would the Panthers make the Sam darnold trade if they knew Justin fields would fall to them?"

Trading for darnold was fine, but giving up as many picks as they did was absolutely foolish

They had already traded for Darnold and it seemed like the NFL was kind of down on Fields, but that would have been a great get for them. I still have faith in Fields and think he's going to be a dynamic player.

Farley with the torn ACL. Amazing talent. Don't think it ever works out

Said it in the NFL News forum. This seems like it's going to be another Jason Verrett type of guy. It's too bad, as he seems to be very talented.

That remark Rodgers made to Bears fans as he ran into the endzone for the game-sealing touchdown was such a cold blooded roast. Rodgers is now 11-3 all-time at Solider Field, and when he whipped out that "I still own you!!!" wisecrack, it seemed like a 14 year culmination of being a perennial punching bag issued in 5 seconds. As a 49ers fan Russell Wilson has essentially stomped on us for about a decade now, but man I hope he never twists the knife like that. Oof. The spirit of Bears fans might not recover after that one.

BTW in the Bears gameday thread on Reddit, legions of fans already turning on Justin Fields. The entire saga in a matter of weeks has basically whittled down to "Justin needs to start for EXP" to "Put Andy back in, Justin ain't ready". Which ain't a shock as it's the instant gratification era. It's one thing to say your rookie QB needs to take his lumps that first year, but when the bullets are live on gameday, half of those same fans will turn on the drop of a hat regardless of circumstance after two games of lackluster performance. Everyone wants the next Dan Marino or Justin Herbert type season from their shiny new trigger ace. But it's just not gonna happen 99% of the time. Hope is a hell of a drug. When the hope doesn't arrive quick enough, it's easy to crawl back into the hole of negativity and look like the smartest person in the room. Yikes.

life is pain

Hindsight capsule though. 49ers future was looking bright even after that Super Bowl loss. Brady was looking a little lackluster in 2019. 49ers fans shouldn't be too broken up about not chasing Brady hard enough if that's indeed how it all went down.

Houston chronicle saying a deal between Houston and Miami could happen this week

I know there's like a 1% chance of this happening, but it would just be the cherry on top to see Tunsil traded back to Miami in a package for Watson.

Watch Miami get Watson for less than the Trey Lance package...

It definitely won't be more... At least without conditions. There are too many unknowns with his legal situation to offer up what's being requested with conditions

I tend to not put much stock in the locked on beat reporters but that's interesting

Washington was also thrown out by Allbright and a few others. Definitely some legs to that one...But how good is Tua and what is worth it for Washington?
