Oregon vs Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl would be a good one. Two teams who would be in the playoffs if they didn't blow it vs ASU and Illinois respectively. Like I said, Penn State beat OSU earlier in the year and had a couple of losses going into the Big Ten Championship already.
