Playing for any of the 32 clubs in the league is a privilege hundreds of college players will never have. 2. He plays football at arguably the most dispensable position on the football field. But, it's totally justifiable for him to blame everybody else for not living up to his 50 million dollar contract. What doesn't Bell understand? Absolutely - So he should just be grateful and not try to maximize his potential earnings? More reason to justify his decision to sit out for a season and secure a long term contract. I still literally have no idea the point you are trying to make. Clearly you have not followed Bell or the Jets in the slightest this season - Bell hasn't blamed anyone for his poor production. He's been nothing but a class act who has continuously praised his coaches, teammates, and the organization. Distraction? Doesn't want to play football? Whatever fits your narrative I guess.
BleedTheClock
They will try to, but nobody will want him. Too much money for a dude that isn't frankly all that great.

It used to be the main concern was staying healthy because of the nature of the collisions at RB. Now with the bell situation, people and more aware of the OL and surrounding talent . Bell had it easy in Pitt with AB always drawing an extra defender and a legit OL. Look at how he has been without that Not the only one, look at Barkley, Gurley without the oline too. Steelers were decimated at RB. Doubt there was serious interest.

When he's behind a bad line he's a tiptoe burglar. I mean...isn't this the case for most RBs? Or on the complete polar opposite, a guy like Fournette "has no vision and no elusiveness" running behind a trash OLine. In a better situation on a week where the line does a halfway decent job, he's a "downhill bruiser bell cow". The running game today is just so scheme fit specific, and more importantly...OLine dependent, which can also be hugely scheme specific. You need the right people in the right places, for the right scheme...and it can be brilliant. In the wrong fit...it's mediocre at best, if not outright disappointing.
