Burrow is going higher than the Chargers will be drafting (legitimate chance he goes #1).  The only prayer the Chargers have in the 2020 draft is that Tua's medical red flags cause him to drop like a stone.  Herbert is the kind of "physical specimen with meh intangibles/mental game" that Telesco loves and who would likely mire the team in mediocrity for at least another 4-5 years.  Fromm would - and should - be best served going back for another year to salvage his stock.  And the team doesn't have anyone on staff currently I would have any confidence to develop someone like Montez or Love.

I know the Chargers never trade up. But as a fan, id be all for them trading 2 first round picks for the rights of Burrow. He has everything you want from a QB. Chargers offense with a qb that has those skillsets would be insane.

Im even all for them resigning Gordon for the right price.

Wow. Not sure how the ball wasn’t moved

They'll only overturn a ball spot if it changes the first down ruling. So if they thought it actually should be at the 39, not the 40, but a first down, they won't move the ball at all.

Essentially they aren't challenging the spot, they're challenging the first down. So if the spot was wrong but a correct down ruling, it's a lost challenge.

Just to clear this up.

Foles cap number if you get him in a trade next year is 15.1 million and you could get Jacksonville to cover some of that.

Jacksonville has to eat about 18 million in signing bonus but they can spread it over 2 years (maybe)

No way he goes back to Philly because it would break Wentz.

Yeah I’m just messing around, we’re locked and loaded with Wentz. Need to get better coaching /weapons around him

There's levels to this. Rams getting their backsides pushed in by the Ravens then turn around a punk the Cards.

Thats the thing though. All Chargers losses have been by 1 score, with them having a chance to win or tie on their last possession. Which makes 2019 that much more frustrating.

Except the spot was wrong by a yard and a half, and he clearly short of the first.
